Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured liquor catering service. This information can be provided to clients upon request.
Yes, all of our bartenders complete an extensive training process which includes a TIPs certification. Unlike other catering companies, we NEVER utilize temporary workers. This guarantees our staff is fully prepared for any situation and always professional.
We arrive a minimum of one hour before bar or event opening time.
Our bartenders hold a standard of professionalism in their uniform that suits any situation. The attire includes all black button up shirt, black dress pants and black shoes.
Gratuity is not included in our pricing but can be handled several different ways. Standard tip jars are used at each event, these jars do not have to be displayed with a tip provided prior to the event. Gratuity is not expected by any means but can be sent into the office or given to our employees after the event with the expectation of excellent service given.
Keg Specifications for U.S. 1/2 Barrel (15.5 gallon Standard Keg):
165 (12 oz) servings which equals 6.8 cases
124 pint (16 oz) servings
We service all of Minnesota, with a travel fee being applied to areas outside Minnesota.
We are a completely mobile service and provide all the equipment necessary for a complete bar experience.
No, we do not have a bar minimum.
No bar, no problem! Our catering service has many options for a portable bar set-up. You can rent anything from our flagship Hitch & Sip trailers (that makes any event unforgettable!) to our standard portable bar set-ups.
Due to current liquor laws and liquor liablity insurance requirements, we are NOT able to serve personal alcohol. All alcohol served in the state of Minnesota must be properly purchased through a licensed distributor. We play by the rules so you don’t have to worry on your special day.
We are open to any and all requests to make this a one-of-a-kind event. Batch cocktails are a great option, and our professionals will provide unique ideas that fit your event theme.
Yes! We pair professional bartending with catering services and also offer it as an independent service. This includes a portable bar setup if needed. By offering simple and reliable options, we take the stress out of any event.
We serve small and large size events that can range from 30 to over 40,000 people.
No, we do not allow any consumption of outside alcohol once our bartenders are on the premise. If guests are found with any outside alcohol, they will be asked to discard it.
