THE HITCH & SIP EXPERIENCE

All you need to do is sign. We take care of the rest

1. Plan

We will help you craft an unforgettable event filled with flavorful cocktails, recommended wines, and ice cold beer. It’s all about your unique style, budget and preferences!

2. Agree

We send you an agreement to sign and return.

3. Confirm

We inform you when the event is officially booked and confirm all details.

4. Arrange

We always arrive early to the event space for complete set-up of all equipment, which typically takes 30 minutes depending on the size of event.

5. Event Time

Your special day has come and it’s our turn to make your event a success! We’ll create tasty cocktails, pour flavorful wines, and serve chilled beer to your guests.

Our certified bartenders will treat your guests with professional courtesy, adding nothing but positive energy and elevated service.

6. Last Call

We will make a “last call” announcement half an hour before the bar closes. During that time, we will ensure that your guests will be served their final drinks.

7. Clean Up

We will have the space we used to bartend your event in pristine condition by the time we leave.

8. Last But Not Least

Before our departure, we will check with you to see if there are unfinished tasks or other concerns that need our attention.

BAR SERVICE FOR EVENTS

Hosted Bar

Choose from any tier package below (pricing is per person/per hour). This allows you to host unlimited service! 5 hour minimum bar service. $325 per bartender required (no. of bartenders depends on size of event)

NOTE: Additional $150 gratuity per bartender will be added for any tier with hosted liquor

TIER PACKAGE OPTIONS

Guest minimum of 100

Cash Bar

A cash bar is popular for events on a mindful budget. You pay for bartender(s), we bring our entire setup and guests pay for their alcohol directly at the bar. A cash bar set-up fee will apply, but may be waived if you host beverages of equal or greater value. How about a signature batch cocktail in the theme of your event? Ask your event coordinator for details!

*Please note that one domestic and two craft beers will be chosen by the bar manager while orders are placed, although your preferences are welcomed and considered.

Cash & Hosted Bar

This method ideal if you prefer to host particular beverage(s) for a certain amount of time. For example, you pay for the bartenders and host two kegs and 24 bottles of wine for the social hour. The remainder of your event can be a full cash bar.
