Whether a family party, club gathering or college graduation, the professionals at Hitch & Sip are ready to serve your guests an elevated bar experience.

1. Plan

Get pricing information from us. We will give you a quote and assist you with our tier package options.

We will help you plan an exciting day filled with many flavorful cocktails, wine varieties and ice cold beer that your guests will enjoy and come back for more.

2. Agree

We will send you an agreement to sign and return.

3. Confirm

We will inform you when you are officially booked and will confirm all details with you.

4. Arrange

Our bartenders will arrive to the venue and connect with the event planner on expectations. From there we will setup all equipment within 30 minutes, depending on the bar setup for the event.

5. Event Time

Once the event begins, our bartenders will make drinks your guests will enjoy! Our certified and professional bartenders will entertain and treat your guests like family, adding lots of warm energy to your event.

6. Last Call

We will make a “last call” announcement half an hour before the bar closes. During that time, we will ensure that your guests will be served their final drinks.

7. Clean Up

We will have the space we used to bartend your event in pristine condition by the time we leave.

8. Last But Not Least

Before our departure, we will check with you if there are unfinished tasks or other concerns that need our attention.
